Scanning of premises in ANA Futura - starting Monday, September 2
Akademiska Hus will perform scanning of the premises in ANA Futura, starting today Monday, September 2 and continue during week 36. This is to ensure that the drawings of the premises are up to date and to create digital copies of the present environment.
What does it mean?
Staff from Akademiska Hus will move around selected premises and carry out the work using laser scanning and photography.
Will it affect me and my work?
No, but you may see staff with scanning equipment in selected rooms. Access to the selected rooms is managed between Akademiska Hus and the Service Team in ANA Futura. If needed, lab coordinators will be contacted.
Photography
The ambition is not to capture personal data in the form of people “getting caught on camera” during the scanning. In the unlikely event that people are photographed, algorithms are used to de-identify people. Before the data is published, Akademiska Hus' security team will go through the images manually to ensure that it does not violate GDPR.
