RIMS supplier appointed
The procurement process for a Research Information Management System (RIMS) has now been completed and KI has chosen a supplier.
The company Digital Science gets the assignment to deliver its system Symplectic Elements to KI. The chosen system was the one that best met the requirements set by KI, as well as has the best potential for future development. The procurement process has now resulted in a so-called award decision and a contract will be signed shortly.
The project group will now develop an implementation plan. The adapting of the RIMS and integration with existing KI's system will start in September, as well as the development of customized training seminars for different user categories. The goal is for RIMS to be used within KI early spring 2023.
