It is important to periodically check if there are current updates for your phone and computer.
The IT Office does not manage your phone
You must regularly check that your phone has the latest system updates installed.
The same goes for updating the apps you use. Right now, the Chrome and Edge browsers must be updated to the latest version, as security flaws have been discovered.
Your KI computer (Karyon client) will be updated automatically
If you have a Karyon client from the IT Office, all critical system and software updates are automatically distributed to your computer. If you work remotely, you need to use a VPN for this to work.
How do I install system and software updates on my phone?
You can check this on the iPhone by going to Settings / General / Software Update. If you are an Android user, you must check the path for your particular phone model, but they are usually found under Software Update / System Update in your phone's settings.
For updates to your installed apps, check the App Store / Play Store.
