Update of ki.se on March 10

The update contains the following that you as an editor or visitor can notice:

Autosave

A new feature where Drupal automatically saves a draft of the page you are working on every 60 seconds. Should you happen to close the page without having really saved it, you will be asked to restore to the last saved draft the next time you open the page.

Note that this only works on existing pages. When you create a brand new page, you must first save it before Drupal can auto-save (so that there is something to save on, so to speak).

Workbench

• The lists that show content that will soon be unpublished have been a bit misleading. They showed the reminder itself, i.e the reminder that is sent out. We have now rebuilt these lists slightly so that they will show pages soon to be unpublished and not the reminder.
• The links in drop lists for adding content on English ki.se went to a 404.

Profile page

We have added a "content lock" to profile pages which will hopefully solve the problems with some employees not have been able to edit their profile page.

News and calendar

• If you add a profile reference to an external calendar event, the event will appear on the person's profile page. 
• It is now possible to filter by group and year in the news archive and calendar.
• After the last update, it was not possible to make an image in the Image field on the news article as a half or third image. This has been fixed. 
• When you created a promo on nyheter.ki.se, English was the default language choice, now it's Swedish.

Other/general updates

• It is now possible to see revisions again on pages on ki.se.
• Contact card: It is now possible to find people with accents in their name when creating a contact card.
• There has been too much space between an image and the next paragraph on the page.
• When you update a page, you now get a prompt to update the other language version of the page as well.
