Password change in Telia Touchpoint
For security reasons, a password change by the user is now required every three months.
Telia has introduced a new requirement in Telia Touchpoint Plus, which means that users must change their password every three months. The function was introduced last week and users will receive an email from Telia about this in the near future, and you will receive a notification on your phone when using the app.
The email has no-reply@touchpoint.telia.se as sender and the subject line "Varning om att lösenordet snart upphör att gälla".

Enhanced security in Telia Touchpoint Plus
To further improve security in Telia Touchpoint Plus, users will now receive information about when it is time to change their password. This information will be sent out 14 days in advance via email and be visible in the softphone in the form of a pop-up message. In both cases, the user is prompted to click on a link to complete the password change. Passwords will need to be changed every three months.
