October 28 - scheduled power outage Biomedicum
Due to the power outage last week, new panels for the back-up power system need to be installed. This work is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, and will include a brief power shut-down in Biomedicum to test the back-up system once installation is complete.
The power interruption will occur sometime between 12:00 and 14:00 and is expected to be short. Only equipment not connected to back-up power will be affected, provided the system functions as expected.
After the outage please:
- Check your apparatus (eg incubators) after the power is restored.
- FM Biomedicum will check all LT-freezers.
- Plan your lab work accordingly, especially if it relies on uninterrupted power supply.
