New default settings when booking meetings via webmail
Meetings booked in the webmail and online meetings in Teams will now be shortened by 5 minutes from previous default values. They will now be in 25/55/85 minutes.
The change only applies to manual settings, not if you enter the meeting time manually. We make this change to create more natural breaks between meetings and to reduce any stress that meetings that enter into each other can give rise to.
