Login issues for some Adobe users

In March, Adobe implemented updates that required end users to re-login to Adobe services such as Creative Cloud and Acrobat. When logging in, the correct profile must be selected to access your account and some users are now receiving notifications that services have "Expired".

All AdobeIDs at KI have the KI email as their username, but the password is set by the user.

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by following this guide from Adobe.

Choose the correct Adobe profile

When logging in, you are asked to choose a profile, and you have to choose the one called "GU- Karolinska Institutet".

If you are now receiving a message about "Expired" services, you have chosen the wrong profile and need to log out and in again.
