KIWAS operating problems

Some users and applicants experience technical issues when logging in to or working in KIWAS (the administrative tool or the course catalogue).

This is a known error that our IT support is working on.

Here are three suggested workarounds when working in KIWAS:

  • use an incognito window*
  • clear the cache memory in your web browser
  • switch to another web browser
