KIWAS operating problems
Some users and applicants experience technical issues when logging in to or working in KIWAS (the administrative tool or the course catalogue).
This is a known error that our IT support is working on.
Here are three suggested workarounds when working in KIWAS:
- use an incognito window*
- clear the cache memory in your web browser
- switch to another web browser

*Incognito/private window: Enables browsing without saving browsing history. You can easily open an incognito window by right clicking on your browser icon and select it from the alternatives displayed.
