KI RIMS: New option to hide group members will be released 27-28 February
On Friday morning at 9am, we will launch a new functionality in KI RIMS to hide group members from the group page on ki.se. The work will begin on Thursday evening 27 February and is not expected to cause any disruption.
Until now, you have only been able to hide individual group members from being displayed under the Staff and contact tab. But if your group has other groups or teams beneath it in the group structure, you will now be able to choose to display only those who are members of only your group and not they who are also members of a group below your group.
When you check the Exclude all implicit members from group page at ki.se box, all people marked as Implicit in the KI RIMS member list will be hidden from the Staff and contact tab on your group page at ki.se.
On Thursday evening we will prepare the integration between KI RIMS and ki.se so that the new functionality will be implemented on group pages and profile pages on ki.se. We do not expect this job to cause any disruption.
