Be extra vigilant against attempted fraud via e-mail during the holidays
During the holidays, fraud attempts by criminals increase, as we often have replacements in our systems, and as a result can miss deviating emails.
If you do not recognize the sender, always be careful and never click on links, attached documents or download external content, e.g. images "removed for security reasons".
If you hover the mouse pointer over the sender's e-mail address, you can often easily judge whether the sender is trusted or not. If you are unsure, call the sender and ensure accuracy, or delete the email.
KI has no financial transactions that are carried out via e-mail, it is good to know.
