In accession to Valborg, 1 of May and Ascension Day, the reception in Aula Medica has different opening hours.

The part of the spiral staircase, on the Hälsovägs side, which today connects floor 4 with floor 5 in the NEO building will be from Monday 2024-03-11 to be permanently closed. This is because the NEO house has had problems with unauthorized persons entering the building via the entrance on floor 4 (from Hälsovägen) and further up to the upper floors.

Issues reporting to KI's landlord Akademiska hus has previously been done via their website or via their My Campus app. From November 1, you can now also call in your fault report.

A first partial phase of work on Akademiska stråket begins in the period 24 July - 17 August, which runs from the Aula Medica and all the way to the Berzelius laboratory, along Nobels väg, Nanna Svartz väg and Berzelius väg.

During this period, the Commuter bus stop is moved from Nobels väg to the Karolinska Institutet Västra stop (at the bus stop for bus 72) on Tomtebodavägen.

According to Government Decision as of 8/9 2022, State authorities must introduce appropriate energy saving measures, due to current electricity prices and limited availability of electricity this coming winter.

From Wednesday 13th of January, opening hours in the Reception in Aula medica will change.
