Welcome to dialogue meetings with KI's new management; President Annika Östman Wernerson, Vice President Martin Bergö and University Director Veronika Sundström, in Solna on September 11th and Flemingsberg on September 12th.

The university management held dialogue meetings in Swedish in May and are now inviting all KI staff to two opportunities for dialogue in English:

Registration is open until September 6th. Lunch sandwiches will be served. The number of participants is limited.

A way to improve the "we-spirit" at KI

"One of my main experiences as a researcher, teacher and leader at KI is how important it is to approach opportunities and challenges from different angles. I was quick to realise that close collaboration with colleagues and partners near and far repays double. I ask for input or advice from a colleague and receive in return knowledge and competence that reinforce my own and help me to find solutions. It is how I want to continue working as president," says Annika Östman Wernerson.

The purpose of the meetings is to strengthen the dialogue between employees and university management. How can we improve the “we-spirit” at KI? How can we create dynamic forums for cooperation? What are the most important issues to focus on? All employees are welcome to give their input and share thoughts at these first opportunites for questions, answers and discussion.

"This will be not only an important start for us but also a decisive step towards the future: What can we do together to enhance the ”we spirit” at KI? And what are the common issues that we have to put our combined energies into? I hope to see you there!" says Annika Östman Wernerson.
