MBB’s administrative staff will start working partly on site from 4 October
As a result of the Public Health Agency's removing its general advice on working from home, MBB’s administration will start working partly on site from 4 October. Adapting a flexible approach to the workspace, the administrative staff will be working from the office at least three days a week.
From 4 October, all administrational staff within HR and Finance will be available in Biomedicum’s quarter A3 on Mondays and Wednesdays. To adapt a more flexible way of working, staff can choose which other weekday to work in the office and to work remotely on two days of the week.
The administrational staff within HR and Finance will be available in quarter A3 at least three days a week. Please check availability in the Outlook calendar (“Working elsewhere”) or Teams’ status message. All staff within HR and Finance will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Of course, you can contact us all week by e-mail, phone, or Teams.
