MBB information regarding the upcoming salary review

The upcoming salary review is preliminary planned to the Autumn/Winter of 2023/2024. A new central collective agreement for government employers (including KI) has been negotiated between the Swedish Agency for Government Employers and the central union parties, and valid from 1st of October.

The salary review is regulated by three central collective agreements between Swedish Agency for Government Employers and each trade union, Saco-S, OFR/S,P,O and Seko.

The new salaries will most likely be valid from 1st of October 2023 even if it is paid out later.

Employees covered by the salary review must have a performance management dialog 2, the dialog is mandatory. The dialogues are planned to be conducted in the end of 2023.

Postdocs and PhD students are not included in the review. Instead, their salary is negotiated at the time of their contract renewal. Contact your immediate PI if you have questions about what applies to you.
