Welcome to this open managerial webinars. It is a serie of two webinars that targets KI mangers who want to refresh their knowledge and discuss issues in the area.
Purpose
The webinars aim to refresh basic, and in some parts deeper, knowledge about the rules and regulations in the area of labour law connected to the managerial role at KI.
Content
Topics included:
- Recruitement in a public organization
- Forms of employment and fixed-term employment
- Working hours
- Leave of absence and benefits
- Rights and obligations in the employment
- Termination of employment
The webinars will be held in Swedish and in English. You can register for one Swedish and one English session if it suits your agenda better and if you consider your Swedish good enough.
The webinars will be held in Zoom. A link will be sent out closer to the webbinar to the registered attendants.
