Limited service during the summer
From June 26 to August 11, KI Housing will have limited staff on duty which will have an impact on our service. During this period, urgent questions and maintenance issues will be prioritized and it may take some time before we get back to you.
July 10-July 15 and July 31-August 4, the KI Housing office email, housingoffice@ki.se, will be closed. Emails sent to this email address during these dates will be read and answered earliest the following week.
In case of urgent maintenance needs during non-office hours, we refer to the information regarding our on-call service.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
