Lecture by Visiting Professor Thomas Sakmar during KI´s work environment day
On December 3, the Work Environment Committee at Karolinska Institutet (KI) invites all co-workers to half-day on Campus Solna on the topic Work environment and productive organizations.
Thomas Sakmar, Visiting Professor of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society (NVS) and active at the Rockefeller University, will give a lecture on “How should organizations promote effective work environments?”
Also, during the day the Work Environment Award is presented by Vice-chancellor Anders Hamsten, and Marie Åsberg, professor of psychiatry at the Department of Clinical Sciences, Danderyd Hospital, will give a lecture on “Occupational stress and exhaustion. Prevention and rehabilitation”.
