Jessica Alm awarded with the ASBMR Fund for Research and Education Research Award
Jessica Alm, PhD in the research group Clinical Genetics, was selected as one out of two recipients of the 2017 ASBMR Fund for Research and Education Research Award, for her project aiming to investigate the functional characteristics of skeletal cells in patients with early-onset primary osteoporosis caused by a genetic defect.
The ASBMR Fund for Research and Education Research Grant provides funding to our most promising young scientists and physician-scientists in the bone field who are currently seeking to learn a new technique or to obtain additional funding to successfully complete a project.
