Information session! New supplier for The Scientific sample shuttle
From December 1st, the Scientific sample shuttle is driven by a new supplier - Cargo Logistics eXpress (CLX). In connection with the change of supplier, a stop in Flemingsberg is moved.
The shuttle offers daily delivery of scientific samples between hospital and campus in Solna and Flemingsberg. This service is free of charge for employees and students at KI when samples with hazardous properties, so-called dangerous goods, are not permitted to take on the Commuter bus. Stop 1 Flemingsberg (outside the hospital's R entrance) is being moved to Alfred Nobels Allé 8B (ANA Futura gods).
There will be two information sessions (in English) on Tuesday, November 28, where CLX will inform about the requirements for packaging and labeling of packages that are delivered. More information will also be available on KI’s Staff Portal under The Scientific sample shuttle.
In Solna at 09:00 am – 10:00 am
Classroom: Charles, entrance floor in Widerströmska, Tomtebodavägen 18
In Flemingsberg at 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Classroom: 4M Takterassen, entrance floor in Alfred Nobels Allé 8
