HR Pulse Dentmed coming in August 2024
In the first week of August, the HR Pulse physical work environment is sent out to all employees with a three-week response time. Here you can see which activities are in progress or have been completed.
Every year, a HR Pulse physical work environment survey is sent out to you. The purpose of this is to enable you as an employee to identify risks in your physical work environment, which the manager then looks at together with the safety representative.
Each risk then needs to be assessed based on how serious it is and what consequences it may have, and whether we can continue operations.
An action plan is then drawn up for the risks that need to be addressed.
Here are the risks identified during the 2023 health and safety audit that are being worked on or will be carried out.
- Disturbing noise in the lunch room (kitchenette on level 8 and X-ray kitchenette on level 6)
- Series-connected junction boxes
- Fire evacuation exercise
- Replacement of fluorescent tubes with LEDs
- Assault alarm reception
