During the holiday period from 23 December to 7 January, professional services will have reduced staffing. From 23 December to 1 January, all functions are closed. Please send an email to one of the applicable addresses

Handle all invoices as soon as you receive them
KI’s finance staff (both centrally and locally) are now preparing for the year-end closing of the books, which involves many strict deadlines. Professional services urge you to help them meet these deadlines by handling all invoices as soon as you receive an email notification from the system. If you are a research group leader or responsible for checking and accepting invoices for your group, you must be prepared to handle invoices during the holidays. If you don’t have access to the system due to travel or other reasons, please appoint a deputy.
