Eric Westman appointed as senior lecturer in neurogeriatric image analysis

Eric Westman has been appointed as senior lecturer in neurogeriatric image analysis at the Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society (NVS), this from 15 January 2017.

"As a senior lecturer in neuro-geriatric image analysis, I look forward to continue doing research and teach in this exiting field where the technological development is advancing rapidly. I hope to strengthen the research in this field within the Division of Clinical Geriatrics (NVS), increase collaborations with other departments at KI and other universities”, says Eric Westman.

Using imaging techniques, Eric Westman study the processes and treatments of various dementias, such as Alzheimer's disease. Read more about his research here.
