Delivery phone unmanned on 1 November
The delivery phone and parcel handling at LIME will be unmanned on 1 November. This means that anyone who has ordered and is expecting a parcel on that day will need to answer the delivery phone and receive their parcel themselves.
Normally, the delivery phone is manned by Bo Planstedt with the help of the administration at LIME. 1 November is a day off for all T/A staff and the phone will therefore be unmanned.
If you are waiting for a parcel to arrive on 1 November
- pick up the courier phone in the mailroom closest to Solnavägen, in the mailbox at the top left
- couriers usually arrive in the morning between 8-8.30 am and usually ring a few minutes before they arrive
- go down to the back of the house and receive your parcel
