David Conradsson awarded the Elsa and Inge Andersson Prize 2016

David Conradsson, who recently defended his thesis at the Division of Physiotherapy, is Awarded the Elsa and Inge Andersson Prize 2016 by The Parkinson Foundation in Sweden. The price is SEK 100 000, of which 25 000 is a personal grant and 75 000 a research grant.

”I am very happy, proud and honoured to receive this prize. It means a lot to me and my future visions and research within neurological rehabilitation”, says David Conradsson.

He will receive the prize in Stockholm on March 11, during the Scandinavian meeting on Parkinson´s disease.

About the prize

To stimulate Swedish research on Parkinson´s disease, The Parkinson Foundation in Swedens´ Research Foundation instituted a prize in 2010, in memory of Elsa and Inge Andersson. The prize is intended to promote high-quality theses in the field of Parkinson's disease and should be used for research related activities.
