What made you interested in HR issues?

- People spend a huge part of their life at work and how they experience their work place and their part in the organization has a rather large impact on the individual's well-being as well as the ability to do a good job. HR can influence this through working with leadership, group psychology and motivation – questions that interests me a lot. HR issues are also an important strategy on a management level. It's an exciting job!

Are there any HR issues that you are especially interested in?

- Leadership, of course, I look forward to supporting managers in their work. Efforts to attract, develop and retain competence in the organization is also central issues to HR. It is important that employees experience us as a good employer and act as ambassadors for KI.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

- My main interest is fitness and health. I spend a lot of time at the gym and I like to cook – interests I share with most of my friends. I also like to travel and hope to do a lot of exciting travelling ahead. I spent time with my extra family in Belgium during Christmas, and the next trip will be a weekend in Nice.
