Welcome to our two-day workshop on multilevel modelling, a powerful statistical technique for analyzing nested data structures.

Tuesday 28 May, 9.00-12.00

Lecture hall: David

Day one, will serve as your comprehensive introduction to multilevel modelling. We'll begin by defining what multilevel model is and elucidate its underlying principles. You'll gain a clear understanding of when multilevel modelling should be utilized to effectively address research questions, as well as when alternative methods might be more appropriate. By the end of day one, you'll be equipped with the foundational knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of multilevel modelling with confidence.

Wednesday 29 May, 13.00-16.00

Lecture hall: Louis

On day two, we'll transition from theory to practice as we dive into the application of multilevel modelling using the statistical programming language R. Through hands-on exercises and demonstrations, you'll learn various methods and techniques for conducting multilevel analyses in R. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this day promises to provide valuable insights and practical skills to enhance your data analysis capabilities.
