Welcome to a research seminar with Dr. Mary Ellsberg (Ph.D.), a leading researcher on gender-based violence. Dr. Ellsberg is the executive director of The Global Women’s Institute at George Washington University.
About the lecturer
Mary Ellsberg has 30 years of experience in international research on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), gender and development. She was a member of the core research team of the World Health Organization’s Multi-Country Study on Domestic Violence and Women’s Health.
Dr. Ellsberg has authored more than 40 books and articles on violence against women and girls.
