Lectures and seminars Weighing molecules with light Mass photometry
Join us for a seminar and discussion about the principle and applications of Mass Photometry resented by Tomas de Garay, PhD. A test instrument Refeyn One MP will be available in Stockholm May 4th-14th.
Mass photometry is a technology based on interferometric scattering microscopy. It represents a truly novel approach capable of measuring the mass of individual biomolecules in solution Measurements take only a few minutes and use a few microlitres of sample at nM concentration.
This method allows us to accurately measure the interaction between different biomolecules in a universal, label free fashion with molecular resolution transforming our ability to characterise the composition, structure and dynamics of biomolecules.
