Karolinska Institutet want to support managers during the ongoing crisis. Therefore, a series of webinars will be arranged during 2020.
The overall aim is to offer managers at KI knowledge, support and a forum for reflection and learning. The webinars will be held in Swedish and English. For the Swedish sessions, please see the calendar on the Swedish site.

Leading People during and after Crisis: Managing concerns, creating cohesion and communicate. With Brita Helleberg
Crisis, like the one we are experiencing with Corona, create different reactions in people. The purpose with this webbinar is to give participants a greater understanding of how they can support the people in their team.
- To gain knowledge about cooperation in teams at distance and how to enhance cohesion for team members.
- Knowledge about peoples’ reactions during a crisis.
- Tools how you can handle peoples’ reactions, and both strengthen and support the team via communication.

The seminars are conducted at KI's premises via Zoom video conference. Participants who sign up will receive an Outlook invitation with a Zoom link in order to connect to the meeting.
Continuation fall 2020
KI´s Leadership Development Unit will continue with Zoom webinars for managers during the fall. Intended are 2-3 webinars in Swedish and English. Themes are developed together with the institutions' AC and HR managers.
