A two day workshop which will be held at KTH where we will cover: Python for beginners and OpenRefine for cleaning your data and Visualizing Data with Python.
Software Carpentry aims to help researchers get their work done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic research computing skills. This hands-on workshop will cover basic concepts and tools, including program design, version control, data management, and task automation. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems.
The workshop is offered in cooperation with KTH and SU. It is free for researchers and graduate students at KI, KTH or SU. The workshop has a limited number of places and is held in English.
