Title
Ultra-multiplexed gene regulation and machine learning for precision cell engineering
Abstract
Next-generation cell therapies will require the ability to engineer cell identity and behavior with high precision. Here, I will describe our work to develop new CRISPR-based technology for multi-gene control, guided by a machine-learning computational model for optimized cell-fate conversion. I will outline how we now seek to use this technology to engineer cell identity with high precision, both in vitro and in vivo.
