The KI MRI Center Core Facility invites you to a virtual seminar, focusing on signal phase-based measurements of dynamic functional connectivity of fMRI data.
The KI MRI Center Core Facility fMRI seminar series continue, and the next seminar will be held virtually on Thursday 20:th of November at 11.00.
Estimates of signal phase-related are commonly used in M/EEG data analysis, but more rarely so for fMRI research.
In the seminar, we will discuss the mathematical basis for computing the instantaneous phase and give examples of its properties and usage in fMRI imaging and data analysis.
