Take part in a dynamic workshop with the renowned yoga teacher Magnus Fridh who shares his knowledge about the, according to research, validated elements in mindfulness, breathing and self-compassion. As a participant, you will be able to try different exercises to have your own experience. The content is shared in such a way to make it easy for you to take it into your everyday life for further use.

There will be a pause in the middle of the workshop. Magnus will bring yoga mats, and you are welcome to a pre-mingle with fruit/fika from 4.30 PM. The workshop will be held in English.
