How can you engage your audience in a digital format? TV has over 70 years of experience to fine-tune these skills. In two unique workshops we invite teachers in health professions education to learn from a TV broadcaster the secrets to success.

Welcome to this interactive 90-minute virtual workshops to help medical educators present and communicate in an interactive way in a digital format. This is the second of two workshops.

You are welcome to attend both (separate registration for each workshop) or just one. There is no requirement to have attended part 1 prior to attending part 2.

Advanced communication skills

"Effective communication is understanding how your audience listens, not what you want to say"

This second workshop is designed for those who wish to elevate their delivery and presentations to an advanced level. We’ll cover three areas:

  1. A structuring system to create maximum engagement for your audience and help you to stay on track.
  2. Techniques to help make complex ideas easier to understand
  3. Visual aids; how to create a slide deck which your audience will remember
