Internal courses and training Successful patient and public involvement in research - The Perspective of Research Funders – SAVE THE DATE!

Patient and public involvement, co-creation, citizen science and other methods for engaging patients and the public can benefit research. In this workshop we will look at the funders perspectives.
Research funders and scientific journals increasingly expect researchers to involve stakeholders in research when addressing societal challenges. Patient and public involvement (PPI) can bring new insights and perspectives to increase the societal relevance of the research and promote the dissemination and uptake of research findings.
All KI researchers and employees interested in the topic – with or without prior experience – are welcome to participate in this workshop and networking event, where we present funders perspectives around PPI.
