Dr. Daniel P. Kelly, M.D., Willard and Rhoda Ware Professor of Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases at the Perelman School of Medicine and the Director of the Cardiovascular Institute, Univ. of Pennsylvania (USA).
Dr. Kelly’s research focuses on the programming of the mitochondrial phenotype and fuel metabolism relevant to heart failure and diabetes. The Kelly Lab has identified nodal points for the development of new metabolic modulator therapies.
