Title

"Single cell RNAseq in pain conditions: understand the data to get the most out of single cell RNAseq databases".

The advance of single cell RNAseq (scRNAseq) have generally improved our understanding of the heterogeneity of both neurons and non-neuronal cells. Furthermore, scRNAseq have been used in many disease models to investigate cell type specific responses. Luckily, most of these scRNAseq datasets are made available online for researchers to investigate and dig into. To get the full advantage of the databases we need to have a basic understanding of the generation and analysis of scRNAseq data. This talk aims to provide that with focus on data from dorsal root ganglia in the context of neuropathic pain.
