Warmly welcome to a seminar focusing on partnership and co-production in cystic fibrosis (CF) care on 21 February at 13:15 in room Insikten, floor 4.
Title
"Experiences of partnership and co-production in cystic fibrosis care, focusing on relationship-centered care (RCC)"
Our two hosts, Cindy George and Andreas Hager, will share their experiences of partnership and co-production in cystic fibrosis care in the US and Sweden – from a healthcare professional and family perspective.
- Cindy George has a background as a family nurse practitioner working with adults with CF. She is the Senior Director of Partnerships for Sustaining Daily Care (PDSC), Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, US.
- Andreas Hager is entrepreneur and CEO at Genia, Upstream Team. Genia is a patient support system for persons living with longterm illness and having healthcare as a partner. With Genia, Andreas is one of the “patient/user innovators” in the research program "Patienten i förarsätet!" (Patients in the Driver's seat!) at the Medical Management Centre (MMC). He is also engaged as a patient family advisor in the CF patient flow at the New Karolinska Hospital and coordinator of the CF Coalition in Sweden and patient family advisor.
The seminar is hosted by the research programme Patients in the driver's seat! Implementing patient-driven co-care innovations and the Medical Management Centre (MMC).
