Lectures and seminars Seminar: Metabolic signals in longevity regulation across scales
Dr. Meng Wang from the HHMI Janelia Research Campus explores how lysosomes, mitochondria, and microbial interactions shape metabolism, cellular homeostasis, and longevity. Her lab also develops innovative tools to visualize metabolic processes in living systems.
Dr. Wang is a recipient of the NIH Director’s Pioneer Award, Peter O’Donnell Award, HHMI Faculty Scholar Award, ASCB Gibco Emerging Leader Prize, ASCB Early Career Life Scientist Award, and Glenn Award. She is an elected fellow of American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Society for Cell Biology
