Are you struggling with the lack of light in Sweden during the winter months? Welcome to this seminar to get advice on how to ease the effects of the decreasing daylight.

During this seminar, we will address the winter darkness here in the north. Get an understanding of why the brain needs daylight and how come insufficient exposure to light decreases the energy level of the body and worsens our mood. Fika will be served from 4.45 PM.

Speakers

Arne Lowden, docent at the department of Psycholigy at Stockholm University, will talk about what we can do to easen the negative effects of decreasing daylight.

Felicia Dunér works as a psychologist at Student Health Centre at KI.

Anna von Herff works as a doctor at Student Health Centre at KI.
