Performance management dialogues are a mandatory part of the KI process for monitoring and ensuring the quality and performance of its activities at individual level.

This course focuses on the first staff appraisal interview, which takes place in the first quarter of each year, in which the manager and staff discuss future goals, tasks, expectations and development. Through a mix of theory and practical exercises with actors, course participants develop their understanding of, and skills in conducting, Performance Appraisal (Performance Management Dialogue 1) at KI.

This workshop is given in the beginning of every year.

  • What does the process look like and what is your role as a manager?
  • What are the different elements of the conversation?
  • Practical training with actors
  • What support & tools are available at KI to support you as a manager in the process?

The workshop mixes digital tutorial material which you will find on the website. The workshop will focus on practicing conversations with professional actors.

Target group

The workshop is aimed for managers and/or leaders who will be conducting Performance Appraisal at KI. The workshop is held digitally in Zoom.
