Performance management dialogues are a mandatory part of the KI's process for monitoring and ensuring the quality and performance of its activities at individual level.

This course focuses on the first staff appraisal interview, which takes place in the first quarter of each year, in which the manager and staff discuss future goals, tasks, expectations and development. Through a mix of theory and practical exercises with actors, course participants develop their understanding of, and skills in conducting, Performance Management 1 at KI.

  • Practical training with actors
  • What support & tools are available at KI to support you as a manager in the process?

The course mixes digital tutorial material which you will find on the website. The webinar will focus on practicing conversations with professional actors.

Target group

The course is aimed at managers and/or leaders who will be conducting Performance Management 1 at KI.

The course is held digitally in Zoom.
