In November it´s time again for a new round of our joint exercise activity Pep at Work.

Everyone exercises and participates how they want, when they want and based on their own level. A workout can be of any type and all workouts are worth the same. By supporting each other, we also help ourselves to develop good exercise habits.

A session is at least 30 min. It's OK to put together several short sessions in one day, for example 3x10 min. Challenge yourself based on your abilities and try to reach a level of at least slightly out of breath with an elevated heart rate.
