Project PARASOLL aims to make it easier for students at KI to access evidence-based information about how to take care of ones psychosocial health during the studies. The PARASOLL page in Canvas (https://ki.instructure.com/courses/15411) provides easily accessible and evidence-based information about physical activity, dealing with worry, changing habits and more.
Each semester, two group meetings where students can discuss how to take care of their health, are organized . The group meetings are led by two teachers at KI (an occupational therapist and a psychologist).
