Internal courses and training Organisational and Social Work Environment for managers - Part 1
This course is a legal requirement and is therefore mandatory for you as a manager. Training in work environment issues linked to the manager's responsibility consists of a series of three modules that are all part of Karolinska Institutet's basic range of work environment training programmes for managers.
Target group
The course is aimed at new/prospective managers and or leaders and those in HR support at KI, as well as those who have received or will receive delegated work environment tasks. The course is mandatory and must be repeated every 5 years digitally or live.
Purpose and content
The course is divided into two parts.
Part 1 is carried out digitally by Avonova, KI`s Occupational Health Care partner. This part aims to give you knowledge about legal requirements in work with organizational and social work environment issues.
Part 2 Workshop, IRL, with Ia G Wallgren, HR specialist in OSA at KI. This workshop is based on adapted real-life cases. The goal is to learn together how to prevent risks related to organization and social security, based on laws, regulations/provisions and good management.
You are expected to participate in both parts 1 and 2.
