Welcome to a lecture on September 8 with the researcher André Bryntesson, from Uppsala University, about how we can work with widening access to higher education.

The lecture is held in Swedish and is also given in hybrid form. It is aimed at all interested employees and students at KI. Participants on site is offered coffee & tea between 13.20-13.50.

André Bryntesson is a research coordinator at Uppsala University and in his work has mainly studied widening access and participation in a Nordic perspective as well as international student flows to and from Sweden. Within the framework of the Swedish Higher Education Authority's government mission to evaluate the work of higher education institutions with widening access, he wrote a knowledge overview based on Nordic research in the field and a policy overview that compared the national policies and efforts of the three Scandinavian countries.

The lecture is part of a kick-off for KI's report to Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) about KI's work with widening access. Arranged by KI's Sustainable development and Equal opportunities Office and the Education Support Office.
