Internal courses and training Module 2: Organisational and Social Work Environment Training for managers part 1
This course is a legal requirement and is therefore mandatory for you as a manager. Training in work environment issues linked to the manager's responsibility consists of a series of three modules that are all part of Karolinska Institutet's basic range of work environment training programmes for managers.
Target group
The course is aimed at new/prospective managers and or leaders and those in HR support at KI, as well as those who have received or will receive delegated work environment tasks. The course is mandatory and must be repeated every 5 years digitally or live.
Purpose and content
The course is divided into two parts.
Part 1 is carried out digitally by Avonova occupational health. This part aims to give you knowledge of legal requirements in the work with organisational and social work environment issues.
Part 2 is conducted psysically at Campus Solna by Ia G Wallgren, HR Specialist in Organisational and Social work environment (OSA) at KI. This session is a workshop where we work together based on different cases in the organisational and social work environment area. The purpose of part 2 is to give you as a manager the opportunity to reflect together with other manager, on different approaches to working with OSA issues, in a systematic way.
You are expected to participate in both parts 1 and 2.
