Lectures and seminars Mentorship: What, Why and How?
Mentoring can be very valuable for your career (and life, for that matter). Still, it can be a bit elusive what it entails, how one gets a mentor and goes about the mentoring relationship or why to bother with all of it in the first place. Join us for this webinar organized by the Doctoral Students' Association (DSA) and KI Career Service and get some answers!
No matter if you have a mentor, don't have a mentor, technically have a mentor (but not practically), or want to become a mentor to someone, you are welcome to join us.
Webinar replay
The first part of this webinar, the introduction to mentorship (focusing on PhD students at KI, but generally relevant) is available for replay to anyone with a KI login.
Target group
PhD students are the primary target group, as we will talk about the official PhD mentoring and other options. Postdocs or junior researchers might also find the webinar relevant.
Anyone (at KI or Alumni) interested in being a mentor to someone more junior at KI is also welcome to join!
