Welcome to a MEB morning seminar with Anna Larsson from the Swedish Radio Corporation will visit MEB to give a talk in Ljusgården.
Title: Communicating medical news to those who need it most
Anna Larsson is one of Sweden's most experienced medical journalists. She will share her experiences of medical reporting and interactions with researchers. Anna will also present the main findings of her own PhD thesis on medical news in the media that she completed here at KI in 2022. Among other things, she has studied how information in press releases corresponds to what is reported in the media.
This talk will be of interest for all researchers at MEB since Anna will have important tips on how to disseminate research findings and how to interact with the media.
