Lectures and seminars Lunch seminar with James Musser on Microbial Pathogenesis
Welcome to the joint CMM, MTC and CID seminar with James Musser, Houston Methodist Research Institute. Seminar title: Molecular Interrogation of the Many Secret Lives of Streptococcus pyogenes, a Versatile Bacterial Pathogen. Lunch wraps will be served on a first comes first served basis.
Speaker
James Musser, Houston Methodist Research Institute, Houston, Texas, is a leading bacteriologist in the field of host-pathogen interactions with a focus on group A streptococci and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. His research includes identification of vaccine candidates and virulence factors as well as comparative genomic studies.
